Sharon Comp

Sharon Alvis

Sharon Alvis (President)

Meet Sharon, our president (called YaYa by some). She is a native Texan from San Antonio and has spent her life in healthcare literally beginning as a dental assistant at 15 – Really! (That’s when certification was nonexistent). However, startups and growing young entities proved her forte. Sharon’s leadership includes successfully starting a PPO, an EAP and PHO and now an HMO – don’t you just love all our healthcare acronyms!

Being able to create a health plan that actually helps the patients (duh!) has been an enduring dream for Sharon. So, growing Vista360health with this team of Rockstars is truly a labor of love.

When not so engaged, Sharon enjoys entertaining, gardening with herbs and being outdoors to kayak and fly-fish. An avid reader, Sharon surrounds herself with books and participates in a long-established Austin book club. Of course, you can expect to hear all about her adorable grandbabies with whom she loves to spend her YaYa time.
